“I have known Michael for many years, and met him in person while I was a DJ for Hot Rocks Radio. We did a live interview in my home while I lived in California, near Yosemite National Park. He had been a Featured Artist for the station at that time, a showcase of his music presented to listeners via live shows. Now, many years later, as the new owner of the Hot Rocks Radio station, I revived the tradition of Featured Artists. The first artist I thought of was Michael and invited him to participate in our program which he thankfully agreed. Over time I have witnessed Michael’s musical transformation and growth to where he is now. Not only is he considered a member of the HRR family, but a personal friend!”
